  • Billing Cycle: Monthly
  • Auto-Renewal: Yes
  • Cancellation: Available at any time

Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle unless canceled before the next renewal date.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • No additional monthly charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Access to Premium features ends when the current billing period expires.

Canceling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund for payments already processed.

3. Refund Eligibility

As QOMMS provides immediate access to digital content, AI-powered evaluations, and cloud-based services, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, including:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges.
  • Unauthorized transactions confirmed after investigation.
  • Billing errors caused by QOMMS.
  • Technical issues that prevent access to Premium services for an extended period and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
  • Refunds required under applicable law.

Each refund request is reviewed individually.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Partial use of a monthly subscription.
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Lack of use of the Services.
  • Temporary internet connectivity issues.
  • Device compatibility issues not caused by QOMMS.
  • User error or accidental purchases, except where required by applicable law.
  • Dissatisfaction with training performance when the Services are functioning as intended.

5. Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, please contact us promptly. If we confirm a duplicate charge, the duplicate payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, please contact our support team within 30 days of the transaction. We will investigate the issue and, if appropriate, issue a refund or billing correction.

7. Failed or Interrupted Service

If a significant technical issue on QOMMS' side prevents you from accessing Premium services for a prolonged period and we are unable to restore the service within a reasonable timeframe, we may, at our discretion:

  • Issue a full or partial refund.
  • Provide account credit.
  • Extend your subscription period.

Routine maintenance, scheduled downtime, third-party outages, or issues beyond our reasonable control do not automatically qualify for a refund.

8. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment method was used without authorization:

  • Contact your payment provider immediately.
  • Notify QOMMS Support as soon as possible.
  • Cooperate with any investigation.

Verified unauthorized transactions may be eligible for a refund, subject to applicable laws and payment provider requirements.

9. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution, we encourage you to contact QOMMS Support so we can investigate and attempt to resolve the issue. Initiating a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback may result in:

  • Temporary suspension of your account.
  • Permanent account termination.
  • Recovery of associated fees where permitted by law.

10. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and financial institution but typically take 5 to 10 business days after approval. QOMMS is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

11. Payment Processor

Subscription payments are securely processed through authorized third-party payment providers, including NMI Payment Gateway or other approved processors. QOMMS does not store complete credit card information. Payment processing is subject to the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider.

12. Changes to Subscription Pricing

We may modify subscription pricing in the future. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply only to future billing cycles, in accordance with applicable law.

13. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published on our website with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
